Many people will tell you it is difficult and troublesome to cook for one person. As a single, I used to think that way too. However some days I am just too lazy to eat out or I am just bored with eating out. I want to be able to enjoy a simple homecooked meal at home. The meal itself doesn’t need to be complicated. On such days when I feel like cooking, I will usually try to find healthy food recipes that are easy and simple to make. Here are some cooking for singles recipes that I found.

Cooking For Singles Recipes
1. Mushroom and Herb Omelet
This dish is so easy to make. Just take a few eggs, mushrooms, sour cream, and some of your favorite herbs. Looks and tastes yummy.
2. Baked Salmon
Baked salmon is not only easy to prepare, it makes a healthy and delicious meal. Just use garlic, light olive oil, basil, salt, pepper, lemon juice and parsley as sauce to pour over the salmon.
3. Toasted Cheese Sandwich
This is one of my all time favorite. You can’t go wrong with a toasted cheese sandwich. It is super easy to make and so ridiculously tasty.
4. Pasta with Fresh Tomatoes and Pine Nuts
This pasta is really easy to make. Tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper and pine nuts. Pretty simple and healthy.
5. Spicy Shrimp Linguine
This pasta is quite easy to make and it is really appetizing just looking at it. If you don’t like it too spicy, just put less red chilli flakes and peppper. Squeeze lemon juice all over it to bring out its delicious taste.
